The hotel was well-designed and placed in an original-style building. Outstandingly helpful staff with our manager, and the location was comfortable. We ate at the attached restaurant near the property. The room was a nice size, without a doubt, had an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware. The continental breakfast was great, had plenty of options.

The hotel was relaxing and clean with magnificent views of the hills. The location of the property was tranquil, the staff were friendly professional people with our manager.

The property was nice with absolutely perfect staff with our manager. The room was beautiful and delightful and the view of the hills was exceptionally good. Hotel's breakfast was great, included eggs and mushroom.

Actually everything was modern, my next choice again in Flinders. This hotel was ideal place for exploring Flinders, liked it and property’s friendly efficient staff with my manager. The room was beautifully presented and had tea and coffee making equipment, a fridge, and glassware.

The hotel is spacious and clean with a nice restaurant, I had a relaxing stay. Rooms with a fabulous view of the hills had a quiet atmosphere.

Facilities were modern, nonetheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

The preparation done prior to our arrival was impressive. The hotel took the time to introduce themselves and understand our travel plans, ensuring we had everything we needed, including dinner arrangements. I had never experienced this level of service before and all credit goes to the hotel staff involved. The receptionist handled a busy rush hour with professionalism, even addressing a slight issue with the air conditioning. Everyone working there was friendly and down to earth. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, and my partner loved the comfortable bed. Flinders offers a luxurious and relaxing getaway in a beautiful coastal area.

It's a typical overpriced Australian Hotel with average service. While the breakfast was included, paying $4 for a coffee is a bit rich! It also said there was free wifi available. Not in my room.

Comfortable room .

Room rate was too expensive. The Continental Breakfast was adequate but not good value. Had to get own Coffee and cost of a cooked breakfast was not included in the Room Rate. We paid $325.00 for the room and although it was comfortable it was not good value. Would not book this Hotel again.

We were warmly welcomed and accommodated here. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable with great natural light and a lovely balcony. We were impressed with the in-room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a minibar. The breakfast was excellent with nice dining options, and we appreciated the special diet menus. This place is conveniently located to the peninsula, transport in the Red Hill area, and beach and shops. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

They put two single beds together and call it a king bed. Sorry but that doesn't it when paying over $300 per night
